Group of specialists in Food Process Engineering. Currently applies its strong experience in Industrial Food Processing to the area of the Digestive food processing.

We expect the project to be the instrument that facilitates a stimulating cooperativeand collaborative work. We expect to share our previous knowledge and know-how, and to learn from the rest of the partners, in order to generate new knowledge from a multidisciplinary approach.
